2. Stabilizing effet: Hydroxyethyl Cellulose HEC can improve the stability of the paint, avoid pigment sedimentation and stratification and ensure the quality consistency of paint during storage

1.Hydroxyethylcellulose is used as a thickener and stabilizer for aqueous cosmetic and personal care formulations.

Hydroxyethylcellulose could produce crystal gel products and thicken the aqueous phase of cosmetic emulsions and increase the consistency and stability of various cosmetic products, such as shampoos,conditioners, creams,serums, lotions, gels, toothpaste, hand sanitizer, body washes and other various cosmetic products.
